Payment & Shipping

The prices displayed on this site are in Australian dollars only. Payment must be made within 3 days of order placed. We accept the following payment methods:

·   Australia Post Money Order

·   Bank Deposit via Commonwealth Bank branch

·   Internet Banking

·   Visa and Mastercard

·   Australia - First item AU$13, each additional item AU$4 on a single invoice.

·   New Zealand – First item AU$25, each additional item $13 on a single invoice.

·   Zone 1:  Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Fiji & Papua New Guinea – First item AU$30, each additional item $16 on a single invoice.

·   Zone 2 : Canada, Hawaii, Ireland & USA – First item AU$36, each additional item $19.50 on a single invoice.

·   Zone 3 : Austria, Denmark, Italy, UK, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Finland, Germany, Belgium, Brazil, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands & Norway – First item AU$44, each additional item $24 on a single invoice.
 

Return & Exchange Policy

Majority of our customers are happy with their purchases. In the rare cases, if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer you a merchandise credit for the item's price (excluding shipping & handling fee) if you return it back to us in the same packaging and condition (tagged, unworn, unwashed & undamaged) within 7 days of receiving the oder. Credit is valid for 30 days from the date a credit issued, and is redeemable once only for goods on princesscharm.com.au. Any unused credit after redemption will be forfeited immediately, and any additional price and fees after redemption is payable by you. All postage and handling costs occurred in returning items are at customer’s expense. We strongly suggest you to post items back to us via registered mail. Princess Charm does not take responsibility for items not received. If you require money back instead of a merchandise credit, a cancellation fee of $10 will apply to each item returned. $10 will be deducted from the price of your returned item.

Faulty Item

Garments will be inspected by our quality assurance personnel and if the garment is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric, Princess Charm will replace free of additional shipping and handling charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
